Partner
Rick has over 25 years of experience in the financial services industry. He has extensive knowledge of the investment industry gained from his years of experience at major Canadian brokerage firms.
Rick is the President and CEO of Basin Asset Management which focuses on real estate and private equity as well as the former CEO of FNR Asset Management, which was focused on investment in the energy sector in Western Canada.
Mr. Wingate holds a Bachelors of Administration degree from the University of Regina.

Andrew has over 15 years of experience in project management, asset management, and corporate development in Western Canada and has deployed hundreds of millions of dollars into development activities in Western Canada
Mr. Davidson is the past CFO and Director of the 49 North Resource Flow Through Limited Partnerships and the FNR Energy Limited Partnerships and remains an officer or director of several resource development companies.
Mr. Davidson is a graduate of the Haskayne School of Business at the University of Calgary and is a CPA, CA certified in both Alberta and Saskatchewan.
